Eventide Specialties follows the seasons and the pressing of this liquid gold, which takes us to both hemispheres, to Italy, Greece, Tunisia, Portugal, Spain, California, France, Australia, Argentina and Chile, just to name a few. Once the best of the best is pressed, Eventide Specialties brings it to Boothbay Harbor, Maine and makes it available to all for purchase at very reasonable and affordable prices. Eventide Specialties also offer the finest Balsamic Condimento. Produced using the traditional Solera method (Solera is a process for aging liquids such as wine, beer, vinegar, and brandy, by fractional blending in such a way that the finished product is a mixture of ages, with the average age gradually increasing as the process continues over many years), our balsamic vinegars are from Modena, Italy and are naturally barrel-aged a minimum of 12 years. Their amazingly sweet, succulent, full-bodied and zesty flavors will have you utilizing them in vinaigrettes, marinades, sauces, soup, finishing glazes, drizzles and even ice cream toppers.
