CLAIMS AND EXCEPTIONS
We will do everything possible to route orders for timely delivery but cannot be responsible for damaged or compromised product due to the following:
•  Delayed deliveries due to weather or other "Acts of God"
•  Incorrect addresses
•  Unopened shipments

PACKAGING
Your goods are packaged in secure cartons and each item is secured to ensure protection. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.

QUALITY
We guarantee the quality of our oils. If you have a problem with a products quality, please call 207-350-4244 and we will review your claim.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
All e-mail addresses and personal information (such as name, address, credit card number, etc.) are transmitted in an encrypted form for your protection. All information is collected for our use only and credit card information is not stored.

A personalized gift note can be included with all of our products at no extra charge. Please be sure to include a signature!
